What am I actually paying for?
Verlane is priced as campaign harness software with image generation included. The value is the reusable talent system, campaign defaults, scene presets, brand context, and production workflow, not just raw image volume.
What is a Digital Talent?
A Digital Talent is a consistent AI-generated model that maintains the same appearance across all your generations. Think of it as your own virtual model who can appear in any setting, wearing any outfit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
What counts as a generation?
Credits are charged per generated image. Variations count separately, so a 4-image run uses 4 times the per-image credit rate for the selected model and resolution. Monthly plans cover baseline usage, and top-up packs cover heavier months.
Do unused generations roll over?
Guest credits are a one-time starter pack. Spark, Studio, and Signature refresh monthly. The disabled Free tier is planned as a monthly refresh tier when enabled.
What export formats are supported?
We support PNG, JPEG, and WebP formats. Higher-tier plans support larger resolutions (up to 4K) and lossless exports.
How do top-up packs work?
Top-up packs are designed for launch months, seasonal spikes, or client-heavy periods. They let you add extra credits without changing your main plan.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial now. New users start on the free Guest tier with 100 starter credits, and the separate Free monthly tier is currently disabled.
